Mr. Smallwood is a Certified Insurance Counselor and a Certified Risk Manager and has served on numerous non-profit organization boards.

Dr. Johnson is Director of Pharmacy for Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego, CA. Dr. Johnson graduated Cum Laude with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of the Pacific, School of Pharmacy. He served as Clinical pharmacist and Safe Medication Practice Pharmacist prior to his appointment as director. Dr. Johnson also consults with companies, startups, and governments on pharmacy issues and provides forensic expert witness services.
Mark Greenall Corporate Treasurer
Mr. Greenall has owned and operated an accounting and consulting firm in Visalia, CA for the last 13 years. Mr. Greenall graduated from California State University, Fresno with a degree in Business Administration. Mr. Greenall has been involved with numerous non-profit organizations and has served as board member for several organizations.

Ms. Smallwood is a Senior Account Manager with Lewis & Associates Insurance Brokers, Inc. in Visalia, CA. She has been in the insurance industry for the past 30 years. She has held various board positions with the Insurance Professionals of Kings/Tulare County.
Steven D. Koobatian, Ph.D. Board Member
Mr. Koobatian is President of Vocational Designs, Inc. and a certified vocational rehabilitation consultant. He earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Walden University and a Masters of Arts degree from California State University, Fresno. Mr. Koobatian serves as an adjunct professor and guest lecturer at the university level and is a former Assistant District Governor and Club President for Rotary International.
Sandy Srinivas, M.D. Board Member
Dr. Srinivas is an associate Professor of Medical Oncology at Stanford University School of Medicine in Palo Alto, CA. Her Expertise is in urologic Oncology and conducts clinical and translational trials in this area. She earned her M.D in Madras, India and completed her residency in Internal Medicine in Rochester, NY and her oncology training at University of California, San Francisco. She has remained on faculty at Stanford for the last 14 years. Dr. Srinivas has published extensively in the area of genito-urinary oncology and serves on several national boards.
David G. Bramwell, CPCU, ARM Board Member
Mr. Bramwell is Managing Director of Monument, LLC in Malvern, PA and has more than 22 years of progressive experience in the insurance industry. He has been responsible for the creation of six self-insured programs in the state of CA. Mr. Bramwell holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Kutztown University. He holds Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations. Dave completed his Masters of Science in Insurance Management from Boston University. Dave also serves on the working group for the California Alliance of Self-Insured Groups, Inc.
Larry E. Lewis, AIA Board Member
Mr. Lewis is the owner of the Lewis Architectural Group in Visalia, CA. He received his architectural degree from Washington State University. In addition to serving on various boards within the community, Mr. Lewis is an active member of Rotary International and is also an accomplished photographer.
Jeffrey S. Krapf Board Member
Mr. Krapf is an on camera TV Show Host and Live Event Announcer. He has worked with many major organizations including being the In-Game Host for the San Diego Padres and Nascar.com and resides in San Diego, CA.
Corey Lichtman, D.C. Board Member
Dr. Lichtman is a testicular cancer survivor and is a health care practitioner specializing in chiropractic, sports performance, rehabilitation, wellness and education in Solana Beach, CA. He graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Kinesiology specializing in Physical Therapy and from Southern California University of Health Sciences with a Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Lichtman has also earned numerous certifications in sports training, rehabilitation and treatment devices.
